Event summary: SCCS Europe – Connecting Eastern and Western Europe in conservation biology Balatonvilágos (Lake Balaton), Hungary, 14 - 17 September 2022

What to expect: We are delighted to invite you to the seventh SCCS Europe in 2022, organised by the Centre for Ecological Research this autumn. SCCS Europe offers young conservationists, students and early career researchers the opportunity to meet renowned plenary speakers, attend career-enriching trainings, workshops and field trips, and have fun at the largest lake in Central Europe, Lake Balaton, at a student-friendly low price.

The Conference will introduce prominent keynote speakers such as Prof Lorenzo Marini from the University of Padova, Italy. The event will entail a series of workshops, networking opportunities, fun, and of course, the possibility to present your own research results!

Further details: The all-inclusive conference fee will be only 270 Euro - including conference registration, accommodation and catering (three meals per day).
